Servo Sprayer (WTP)

1. Servo motor adopts the Japan Yaskawa drive motor, Japan OMRON two-axis servo controller and Taiwan PHT planetary reducer.
2. The gear rack drive system is adopted, with nickel plated treatment taken for gear and rack to prevent rust. Improve the oiling and blowing function to the gear and rack, to well ensure the stable and long-term operation of the equipment.
3. Guide rails adopt imported South Korean SBC high-precision linear guide rail, and DD grade (double layer) slide block with sealing and dustproof features is used. Linear rail surfaces are specially nickel plated to improve the abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. All bolt holes on the slide rail are covered with the guide rail dust caps. It can run for along time in the harsh environment. The structure with dual rail at lower is used. The Xand Yaxes can stably run at speed up to 1.5m/s.
4. Moving and fixed moulds of the nozzle can be controlled independently layer by layer. Spray volume of each nozzle can be independently and precisely adjusted. Nozzle can be adjusted at any direction thanks to its U-joint structure. There are optional flexible and extended nozzles to suit any complex mould.
5. Servo sprayer adopts the handheld touch screen and the spraying steps can be freely edited on the human-machine interface on it, with the parameter settings cleared at aglance. It also has the fault self-diagnosis display function for very convenient use and maintenance.
6. Sprayer can move around while spraying, with the floating spray set for fixed-point spraying. Nozzle has aseparate powerful air blow pipe to effectively remove the residues above the mould.
7. Nozzle has acleaning function and shall be plugged with coating if not used for along time.
8. Servo sprayer has amodular storage function, so only the corresponding mould number is required to be entered to read the parameter when the replacement of the mould, to avoid awaste of time due to repeated parameters setting.
9. It has abefore and after standby function. Therefore, the nozzle can wait at the standby position in advance to improve the production efficiency.
